            As part of the Martin Ralph Group, we were retained by Dicentra Developments Ltd to develop designs for business units on two adjacent sites at Wellington Park, Waterlooville.
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
            
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h3&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           Newlands Business Park will provide a range of employment units across two large sites serving Waterlooville and surrounding areas. Supported by the Pegasus Group, Paul Basham Associates and SRE, the proposed scheme will create flexible and sustainable units ranging from 1,800 – 34,000 sqft in size.

      <title>Kingsclere Avenue Master plan for Portsmouth CC</title>

           As part of the Martin Ralph Group, we were asked by Portsmouth Council to develop concept designs (RIBA Stage 2) for several sites within Portsmouth and Havant area.  In total this commission included more than 200 flats and houses.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
        
            Kingsclere Avenue is a rectangular plot in Leigh Park, regularly used as a public open space and pedestrian short cut. 
           &#xD;
      &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           The new masterplan places houses along the perimeter and retains a smaller open space in the middle, which will continue to allow local pedestrians and cyclists to enjoy the urban space.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           New local playing area and extensive planting will help to improve the quality of the public realm.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           A total of 38 units provided.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;h4&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      
           31 number 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and maisonettes. 7 flats are included as well.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/h4&gt;&#xD;

    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
